always cut and paste the full contents of an email into our on-line support ticket system. As sending it in via email will more than likely result in a bounce back especially if the contents are spam related.

remember to hit forward for the particular email in question, then select all and paste the contents of the email into the on-line ticket you've created in our portal. 


This will give us all the email headers and other jargon required for our server admins to assess the issue!
